Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Strong commercial HVAC/mechanical construction experience.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, life sciences, higher education, or tech projects.
• Proficient with construction PM software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Manage project teams including PMs, PEs, Coordinators, and field personnel.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, labor, productivity, financial performance, and profitability.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, conflicts, and commercial issues.
