Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering design and project management experience on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience managing BIM-based projects, with Revit proficiency.
• Familiarity with Lean Design & Construction and/or SCRUM methods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client interface and accountability on select complex engineering projects.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery including scope, budget, schedule, staffing, risk management, and project performance.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure alignment with design standards and project requirements.
• Lead proposal development, work plans, scope definitions, and execution strategies.
• Monitor profitability, invoicing, change orders, and monthly reporting; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Provide technical oversight across engineering disciplines and ensure BIM integration across design and construction.
• Review and approve project documentation, calculations, specifications, drawings and other technical deliverables.
• Lead quality control reviews and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety, and quality processes.
• Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement, including waste reduction and Last Planner scheduling.
