Job summary

Gallo Mechanical LLC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead projects from inception through closure. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality within budget and schedule while coordinating field labor and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include defining scope, controlling costs, and maintaining strong client relationships. Experience in HVAC and plumbing installations and leadership in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Mech construction/plumbing industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, safety, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of mechanical construction projects from inception to closure.
• Ensure safety, budget, schedule, and quality meet client expectations.
• Define scope, manage costs, and oversee field labor and subcontractors.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and maintain client relations.
• Oversee installation of HVAC and plumbing per codes and specs.
