Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing in Taylor, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical) or Site Manager (Mechanical) to lead large-scale mechanical construction on one of Texas' biggest projects.

You will oversee onsite operations, manage HVAC, piping and utility installations, coordinate subcontractors and regulators, and drive safety, schedule and budget performance toward successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience on large industrial or commercial projects.
• Proven leadership managing major mechanical scopes for top-tier firms.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. mechanical construction practices and PM methods.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical) or Site Manager (Mechanical) to lead mechanical construction operations on one of the largest construction projects in Texas.

This executive-level leadership role is responsible for overseeing large-scale mechanical construction, managing subcontractors, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience on large industrial or commercial projects
• Proven leadership managing major mechanical scopes for top-tier construction firms
• Strong knowledge of U.S. mechanical construction practices and project management
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical project experience is a plus
