Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Quality Control Engineer to ensure integrity, performance, and reliability of data center infrastructure. You will lead field QA/QC across construction, coordinate with GCs and inspectors, and drive commissioning readiness to turnover.

This on-site role requires strong documentation discipline and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in QA/QC, solid MEP expertise, and experience with commissioning processes, inspection reports, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction QA/QC or related roles.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
• Experience supporting commissioning readiness and system turnover.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support site QA/QC for large data center construction.
• Develop and maintain Inspection Test Plans and quality documentation.
• Perform field inspections across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning scopes.
• Coordinate with construction teams and inspectors to resolve quality issues.
• Track NCRs, punch lists, and deficiencies to closure.
• Support pre-functional and functional readiness activities with commissioning teams.
• Review test reports and turnover documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in root cause analysis for defects and rework.
