OLH Inc. is seeking an experienced mechanical designer to join the W93 Systems Development and Realization group as a checker of design definition.

The role requires deep expertise in 3D CAD, GD&T, MBD, and hardware design, with potential mentoring of junior staff on models-based definition. The position supports the first new weapon system program in over 30 years, working with DoD/Navy SSP, DoE/NNSA, and partner organizations.

Qualificações

• Advanced understanding of Mechanical CAD, design, fabrication, inspection and testing.
• Experience checking Creo models/drawings for form, fit, function and MBD.
• Familiarity with ASME Y14 standards and tolerance stack-up analyses.
• Experience with weapon-system configuration management workflows and design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Check Creo models for form, fit and function, and ensure producibility.
• Guide design iterations and address engineering defects.
• Mentor junior staff on MBD and GD&T.
• Collaborate with teams across NSE and defense partners.
