Job summary

You will interpret engineering drawings, install copper tubing, piping, valves, and electrical connections, and ensure torque and fit-up meet specifications. This role supports prototypes and NPI builds with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in mechanical assembly or related field.
• Experience with large form-factor equipment and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring devices.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate complex mechanical systems according to drawings and BOMs.
• Install copper tubing, piping systems, valves, fittings, hoses, and related components.
• Work in a 2–4 person team to complete complex builds and final assembly.
• Verify torque, alignment, and workmanship to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and support prototype and NPI builds.
• Maintain accurate production records and safety/compliance.
