Job summary

Jabil in Memphis, TN, is seeking an Electrical Assembler II to join our manufacturing team. You will read schematics and BOMs, assemble and wire complex electrical systems, test functionality, and ensure quality and safety in a data-center cooling solutions environment.

With minimal supervision, you will support continuous improvement, documentation, and hands-on training of junior staff while adhering to 5S and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in electrical assembly or related electrical trades.
• Experience reading schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, route, terminate, and integrate complex electrical and electromechanical assemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Install and connect control panels, sensors, switches, motors, relays, and distribution components.
• Read electrical schematics and assembly docs to complete work independently.
• Perform wire routing, termination, and cable management per quality standards.
• Conduct continuity checks and functional testing to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and perform rework as needed.
• Maintain traceability documentation for production and test results.
• Support training of less experienced assemblers and participate in NPI builds.
