Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ years of electrical assembly experience or related trades preferred.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and assembly drawings.
Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, torque tools, measuring devices.
Basic computer skills and ability to work within manufacturing systems.
Attention to detail and strong quality mindset.
Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical components, harnesses, control panels, and subassemblies to documented instructions and specs.
Route, terminate, connect, and secure wiring, cables, sensors, switches, and motors.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, visuals, and assembly docs.
Maintain production records and traceability for quality and compliance.
Identify defects and communicate concerns to leadership.
Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
