Job summary

Jabil in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler III to perform complex electrical and electromechanical integration for large-scale data center systems. You will work from schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs to determine the sequence and methods for advanced assemblies with limited guidance.

You will join a small team to assemble control panels, motors, sensors, and power distribution components; perform testing, troubleshooting, and rework to meet safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in electrical assembly or related field.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical docs.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment and crimping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, route, terminate, and integrate complex electrical/electromechanical systems per specs.
• Work in teams of 2–4 technicians on large-scale builds.
• Interpret schematics, diagrams, BOMs, and engineering docs with limited direction.
• Install and connect control panels, motors, sensors, switches, relays, terminal blocks, and wiring.
• Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, troubleshooting, and rework as needed.
• Maintain production, testing, and material traceability records.
