Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company in the United States seeks an Assembler III to join the plant assembly team. You will follow standard work to assemble mechanical units safely and accurately, build and fabricate per blueprints, and meet daily production goals while supporting other areas as needed.

This role requires precise measurement, blueprint literacy, proficiency with hand tools and small power tools, JIB crane operation certification, and a disciplined approach to safety, quality, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and reference drawings.
• Strong math skills including fractions.
• Experience with measuring tools.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to complete In Process Inspections and paperwork.
• Willingness to flex between stations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize standard work to assemble mechanical support assemblies in a safe and quality conscious manner.
• Meet daily production goals as assigned.
• Safely operate JIB cranes to lift, move, and position components.
• Assist with the replenishment and organization of the work area.
• Build and fabricate units according to blue prints and shop drawings.
• Flex to other areas as needed demonstrating teamwork and a commitment to team success.
• Follow all safety requirements regarding tools and PPE.
• Perform all other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
