Qualifications

• Ability to read blue prints and reference drawings.
• Competent in math including fractions and decimal conversions.
• Proficient with hand tools and measuring devices (tape measure, micrometer, protractor).
• Working command of English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and PPE procedures.
• Demonstrated teamwork and willingness to flex to other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical support assemblies following standard work and blueprints.
• Meet daily production goals as assigned.
• Safely operate JIB cranes to lift and position components.
• Assist with replenishment and organization of the work area.
• Build and fabricate units according to drawings and specs.
• Follow safety requirements and maintain 5S in the department.
• Flex to other areas as needed to support team success.
