Job summary

Manhattan Mechanical Services seeks a Master Mechanic to perform mechanical work on equipment and piping systems. You will collaborate with the team to ensure safety and quality while contributing to exchanger work and rigging tasks.

The role requires experience in industrial mechanical trades, reading isometrics and P&ID drawings, hydro testing, and installation of pipe hangers. Equal opportunity employer; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of experience in industrial mechanical trades.
• Must pass NCCER Assessments and be Performance Verified.

Responsibilities

• Safe use of hand and power tools.
• Identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Disassemble and assemble unit equipment.
• Read and understand permits and obtain proper permits.
• Experience with Hydro Testing.
• Build and install pipe hangers and supports.
• Work as a team to support the project.
• Familiar with pipe cutting and beveling operations.
• Participate in health, safety, quality and environmental processes.
