You will read engineering prints, set up tests, and ensure handoffs meet performance specs. The role requires strong safety practices and independent work aligned to engineering standards.

You will collaborate with a team yet operate with close attention to detail, performing documentation and routine maintenance while supporting overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in mechanical test and assembly/disassembly or heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, and engineering specifications.
• Physically capable of the role's demands and able to work overtime when needed.
• Strong safety and housekeeping practices and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, position, reassemble, test, and paint complex equipment.
• Utilize a wide range of mechanical tools to complete tasks.
• Interpret engineering drawings to guide work.
• Set up and run test operations per specifications.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow EHS policies.
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized.
• Identify hazards and report issues during operations.
• Complete required documentation and training on time.
