Job summary

This role requires interpreting drawings and specs, performing troubleshooting, and completing accurate documentation to keep the equipment operating reliably.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8 years of experience in mechanical test and assembly/disassembly or heavy equipment repairs and maintenance are required.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physically capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and other physical activities.
• Ability to read drawings, prints, and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all EHS policies and regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Use mechanical tools and equipment for disassembly, assembly, and testing.
• Conduct risk assessments prior to operations and material movements.
• Complete required training and documentation.
• Ensure facility equipment and tooling are operational, efficient, and safe.
• Identify and report hazards during operations.
• Demonstrate communication and teamwork with the staff.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
