Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; develop interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) and maintain sanitation and inventory.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and engage associates.
• Drive business results with operational excellence, profitability, and proper packaging and labeling of meat products.
• Mentor and train others, address roadblocks, and uphold company policies and ethics.
