Job summary

Walmart in Harlingen, TX is hiring a Senior Meat Cutter to drive department sales and meet member expectations. You will cut, slice, grind and wrap meat to spec while upholding food safety standards and providing excellent customer service.

You will work with teams, use handheld tech for production decisions, and contribute to operational excellence and waste reduction in a high-volume meat facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Be an Expert: Maintains an indepth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, backroom operations and inventory management.
