Walmart Inc. is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter at our Katy, TX location to lead the meat department and deliver high-quality products to our members.

You will collaborate with teams, ensure accurate processing of meat (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) and maintain inventory integrity while upholding food safety standards. You will drive sales using handheld tools, educate associates on processes, and help maintain a clean, compliant backroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) while ensuring food safety standards.
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage; keep backroom operations clean and organized.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience for members.
• Drive the business by maintaining high quality meat products and ensuring proper packaging, labeling and storage.
• Support the department and club by modeling service excellence, addressing roadblocks and assisting in training others.
