Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time if selected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Process meat according to specifications, including cutting, slicing, grinding, and wrapping; maintain sanitation and inventory standards.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support training and product quality.
