Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and inventory standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Process meat according to specifications (cut, slice, grind, wrap) and ensure quality.
• Leverage handheld tech to drive sales and improve operations and training.
• Maintain proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products.
• Keep work area clean, comply with safety and sanitation policies, reduce waste.
