Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifcations: 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources to deliver customer service.
• Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
• Utilize handheld technology to monitor production and quality, drive sales, and support associate engagement.
• Maintain in-stock levels, manage inventory, and assist customers with meat purchases and selection.
• Promote department and club standards, participate in training, and follow company policies and ethics.
