Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledges required trainings and assessments will be completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, while delivering excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Processes meat to specification, including cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping, and maintains food safety and inventory standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to support sales, training and product quality, and to respond to operational needs.
• Be an Owner: Supports profitability and operational excellence, maintains clean work areas, and ensures proper packaging and labeling.
