Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must complete all trainings and assessments within the required time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meat cutting according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping).
• Maintain in-stock levels and proper labeling; control shrinkage.
• Operate and sanitize equipment and follow food safety standards.
• Provide customer-focused service and product knowledge to members.
