Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the designated time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; provide customer service.
• Process meat according to specifications including cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping; ensure food safety and inventory management.
• Leverage digital tools and handheld devices to drive sales, training and product quality.
• Drive business results with operational excellence, profitability planning and proper merchandise handling.
• Mentor colleagues, train others and uphold high standards of service and product quality.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics; implement action plans and communicate progress.
