Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments within the specified time period.

Responsibilities

• Process meat according to specifications: cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, assist members with purchases, and educate teammates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Operate, clean, and sanitize equipment; use handheld tech to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Drive store profitability and uphold company policies, ensuring high standards of service and product integrity.
