Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh meat production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Commitment to completing all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time if hired.

Responsibilities

• Team Member: collaborate across teams to educate others and provide customer service.
• Expert: cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products to specifications while maintaining safety standards.
• Techie: use handheld tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and train others on new tools.
• Owner: drive profitability, maintain clean, organized work area, and assist customers with purchases.
• Talent Ambassador: model high-quality service and train others while following policies and ethics.
