Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Maintain knowledge of meat types, seasonality, and backroom operations; cut, slice, grind, and wrap meat according to specs.
• Use handheld devices to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive profitability and maintain a clean, well-organized work area; ensure proper packaging and labeling of merchandise.
• Model high-quality service and train others while upholding store policies and standards.
