Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to drive area sales by delivering high-quality meat products to our members. You will cut, slice, grind, and wrap meat, ensuring safety and freshness while maintaining inventory and minimizing waste.

You will collaborate with teammates, use handheld technology to support production decisions, and uphold Walmart standards for service and quality in a high-volume department.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments within the allotted time.

Responsibilities

• Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping).
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Operate and sanitize equipment; use handheld tech to aid production decisions.
