Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter in Oklahoma City to drive sales and ensure members receive high-quality meat selections.

You will collaborate with colleagues, educate peers on tools and processes, and help maintain stock and shrinkage controls while upholding food safety standards. The role emphasizes expertise in meat processing, from cutting to wrapping, and using digital tools to enhance the shopping experience and associate engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; provide customer service and communicate effectively.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations; process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping).
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management; operate and sanitize equipment.
