Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter in Columbia, SC, to drive sales and quality meat products for our members. You will work with fellow associates to maintain stock, ensure food safety, and deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume club.

Responsibilities include cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping meat to spec, using handheld tech, and maintaining equipment and sanitation standards, while contributing to store profitability and associate development.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide customer service; manage stock and shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: maintain knowledge of meat products, cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping per specs while upholding safety standards.
