Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Process meat according to specifications: cutting, slicing, grinding, and wrapping.
• Leverage handheld digital tools to drive sales and assist in decisions affecting production and product quality.
