Qualifikationen

• High school or equivalent required.
• Culinary Arts Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification preferred.
• Experience using Meal Counting System preferred.
• Experience using computer systems.
• Experience in a supervisory position in a commercial kitchen.
• Pass a background and drug screening.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a commercial or school kitchen.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to deliver food items.

• Plans, prepares, and orders foods per policy, menus, and recipes.
• Plans meals ahead to minimize substitutions and ensures nutritional value.
• Modifies menus for on-premise events with records of changes.
• Prepares appealing meals and snacks to prevent nutrition loss.
• Maintains sanitation, storage standards, and safety in kitchen.
• Manages budget, cost control, and inventory systems.
• Ensures proper care and maintenance of equipment.
• Receives and stores food and supplies; assists with deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
