Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to the current menu and recipes.
• Observe and communicate with residents for preferences.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure proper presentation.
• Record food temperatures at each meal.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and regulatory standards.
• Monitor kitchen equipment for safety and compliance.
• Label, date, and store food and supplies properly.
• Maintain meal service records as required.
• Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Dining Services Director.
• Collaborate with the Dining Services Director to enhance dining for residents.
