Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing with BSN preferred.
• In good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain required continuing education/licensing.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of PCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
• Provide oversight for PDPM/MDS related processes and trainings.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of resident information and records.
• Communicate and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans.
