Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer patient assessments and oversee the assessment process.
• Set assessment schedules and ensure assessments are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate care plans per regulations and allocate necessary resources.
• Create schedules for Medicare/Medicaid patients and manage coverage start/denial letters.
• Stay updated on Medicare coverage changes and reimbursement requirements.
