Job summary

The Jackson National Life Insurance Company in Lansing, Michigan seeks a Sr. Managing Director, Head of Institutional Products to lead the institutional products team, oversee client and partner relationships, and drive growth in GICs, MTNs, and Funding Agreements.

This role manages pricing, underwriting, regulatory compliance, financial projections, and strategic planning, while collaborating with actuarial, treasury, and FP&A to optimize capital deployment and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• 15+ years of broad insurance experience including investment, asset-liability management, financial modelling and risk analysis.
• 10+ years of experience working with institutional products.
• Experience with MTN programs and transactions strongly preferred.
• FSA or CFA professional designations preferred.
