Job summary

KeyBank seeks a Managing Director in Public Finance with extensive client relationship skills, product knowledge, and transaction execution capabilities. This senior banker will lead the GP Securitization initiative in Affordable Housing and serve as a primary contact for C-suite clients.

Location is open with hybrid options and travel as needed. The role requires 7+ years in Public Finance, proven investment banking experience, and FINRA S7 and S63 licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
• 7+ years of relevant banking experience in Public Finance (required)
• FINRA License S7 and S63 (required)

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains important client relationships and generates revenues from these relationships
• Acts as product banker and advisor for major Affordable Housing clients
• Leads diverse teams and provides strategic direction and mentorship
• Executes strategy within corporate guidelines and policies
• Performs other duties as assigned; duties may change at any time with notice
