Job summary

Career Opportunities is seeking a seasoned MCIS trainer to deliver instruction using Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), VBS3, and related simulations. You will train Soldiers and leaders in warrior tasks, mission command, and medical operations, coordinating with Training Support Lead for readiness.

The role requires extensive Army MCIS familiarity, senior-level leadership, and the ability to develop and adapt training materials.

Qualifications

US Secret clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship required.
BS/BA in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics).
Minimum 3 years managing large programs or projects.
Background in military training support and operations at MACOM level or higher.
Deep knowledge of training simulators and gaming within MCIS.
Experience with Army MCTSP and related training programs.

Responsibilities

Deliver instruction using MCIS and GFT per POI and LPs as a medical training SME.
Train Soldiers, leaders, and staff in warrior tasks and MCIS operations.
Plan and prepare mission command training events and AARs.
Operate MCIS and provide over-the-shoulder training for unit operators.
Cross-train in other Army MCIS and simulations for broader training.
Support EXCON/HICON response cells and leader/staff training.
