Responsibilities

• Design, support, and manage MCEM infrastructure for 130,000+ endpoints.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and vendors to keep infrastructure healthy.
• Lead Windows 11 upgrades (25H2) enterprise-wide.
• Manage Office app upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Support KPI vulnerability remediation for security compliance.
• Address end-of-life Office software/hardware transitions.
• Develop Intune scripts to support endpoint management.
• Create and maintain Task Sequences for software/OS deployments.
• Perform SCCM client installation and troubleshooting.
• Execute routine tasks under supervision.
