Job summary

ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned systems engineer to join our team supporting and expanding a large MCEM/SCCM environment across the enterprise. You will design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure, coordinate with Microsoft and vendors, and lead OS upgrade and vulnerability remediation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise endpoint environments
• Proven experience with SCCM/MCEM infrastructure in an enterprise setting
• Background in vulnerability remediation and endpoint security compliance
• Experience supporting operating system upgrade projects at an enterprise scale
• Microsoft certifications related to endpoint management or systems administration are a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and manage MCEM infrastructure to ensure patching and maintenance of 130,000+ servers and workstations
• Work directly with Microsoft and third-party vendors to keep infrastructure updated and in a healthy operational state
• Support and execute Windows 11 25H2 upgrade initiatives across the enterprise environment
• Manage and perform Office application upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting
• Assist with KPI vulnerability remediation efforts to maintain security compliance
• Address end-of-life Office software and hardware end-of-life transitions
• Develop and maintain Intune scripting solutions to support endpoint management
• Create and maintain Task Sequences for software and operating system deployments
• Perform SCCM client installation and troubleshooting across the enterprise environment
• Conduct routine tasks as directed under close supervision
