Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer, Endpoint Management in Memphis, TN to support a large enterprise endpoint environment.

You will manage MECM/MCEM and SCCM, drive OS/Office upgrades, and build deployment task sequences for a broad fleet, ensuring secure patching and efficient software delivery. You will develop and maintain PowerShell automation and Intune scripting, collaborate with internal teams and vendors to keep systems current, secure, and performing at peak levels in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering MECM/MCEM and SCCM in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining task sequences for OS/software deployments.
• Proven ability to install, troubleshoot, and support SCCM client deployments at scale.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management, including scripting/automation.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and experience supporting Windows OS patching and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and maintain an enterprise endpoint management environment using MCEM/MECM and SCCM.
• Drive OS and application lifecycle initiatives, including Windows upgrades and Office upgrades.
• Build and maintain task sequences for software and OS deployments across a large fleet.
• Develop and support endpoint automation using PowerShell and Intune scripting.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep systems secure and high performing.
