Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking an Engineer IV to serve as a technical advisor on a broad program involving development, budgeting, scheduling, and installation of systems for DoD programs. You will supervise engineers across development, testing, integration, and sustainment of complex equipment and systems.

Responsibilities include defining test objectives, coordinating with customers, preparing design specs, conducting engineering studies, and supporting proposals.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in engineering with 8 years of related experience, or MS with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers in development, testing, integration, and sustainment of complex equipment and systems.
• Determine test objectives, instrumentation, and data requirements.
• Prepare design specifications and reports; manage budgets, schedules, and tasks.
• Coordinate with customers, design reviews, and technical working groups to align requirements and solutions.
• Support development of technical proposals and provide input on scope and effort.
