Job summary

TDI Technologies, Inc. seeks an MBSE-focused Systems Engineer to support Navy ship design at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. You will build, integrate, and maintain system models for HM&E and IPS, collaborating across engineering disciplines to drive design decisions and ensure traceability of requirements.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Cameo experience, MBSE proficiency, and a background in naval engineering or similar complex systems. On-site, full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with MBSE approaches and system modeling in complex shipboard domains.
• Ability to translate requirements into integrated system models and maintain traceability.
• Familiarity with Cameo Systems Modeler and MDSE tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of IPS, HM&E systems, and naval engineering context is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system models for HM&E and IPS systems using MBSE methods.
• Integrate component models into system-level architectures and ensure traceability.
• Support modeling and simulation efforts, analyses, and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and program stakeholders.
