General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT seeks an MBSE Systems Engineer to drive model-based systems engineering across submarine design programs. This role requires onsite work with a hybrid schedule and regular coordination with Navy and industry partners.

The candidate will develop MBSE end-states, assess processes, and lead pilot efforts while leveraging Cameo Systems Modeler and other toolsets to transform shipbuilding data and practices.

Qualificações

• A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.
• 0-2 years of post graduate experience in Engineering.
• Training and/or experience with using Dassault Systems Cameo Systems Modeler.

Responsabilidades

• Assess current internal and external MBSE processes to identify best practices and lessons learned for larger scale.
• Perform modeling in Cameo Systems Modeler; create functional and logical models of submarine systems.
• Develop and execute iterative plans to achieve a realistic MBSE end-state including processes and tools.
• Work with Navy and industry partners to ensure MBSE implementation aligns with customer needs.
