Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to join our mission ensuring advanced autonomous systems meet DoD requirements. You will interface with internal programs and external customers, develop model-based artifacts, and present them at stakeholder meetings and events.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 8+ years in systems engineering across the lifecycle, knowledge of guidance and control for weapon systems, and an active U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in an engineering or technical field as stated.
• 8+ years of Systems Engineering experience across the lifecycle.
• Experience with DoD weapon systems, threat analysis, and systems integration.
• Proficiency in SysML, DoDAF or similar frameworks.
• Experience with MBSE artifacts and model-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders including internal programs and external customers.
• Develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs and ensure they are complete and accurate.
• Produce model-based system engineering artifacts used as contractual deliverables.
• Contribute to Digital Engineering strategy and implementation.
• Understand transformational value of platforms through artifacts.
