Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Staff Systems Architect Engineer to provide senior MBSE leadership for a complex aerospace program. You will develop requirements, architectures, and interfaces using SysML and Cameo, guiding trades and ensuring traceability across the lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Must have a STEM degree (Bachelors or higher) with extensive professional experience in systems engineering.
- Experience with MBSE, SysML modeling, and architecture definition for complex systems.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
Responsabilités
- Lead requirements development, decomposition, and traceability within Cameo.
- Develop and maintain system architectures (operational, functional, physical) using SysML/MBSE.
- Coordinate updates with multi-disciplinary teams and capture cross-discipline impacts.
- Generate model-based views and reports for SRR, PDR, and CDR reviews.
- Provide MBSE guidance, mentoring, and training to engineers.
