Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer Architect in Melbourne, FL to provide senior MBSE leadership. You will drive requirements development, architecture definition, and model management using Cameo/MagicDraw across complex aerospace systems.

You will coordinate with chief engineers and IPTs, mentor engineers, and ensure the MBSE model remains the authoritative source for requirements and interfaces across the program lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• BS in STEM with 12+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years.
• Active US Government Top Secret clearance (or in Continuous Evaluation).
• Extensive systems engineering experience with requirements development, decomposition, and architecture.
• Direct experience using Cameo/MagicDraw for SysML modeling.
• Experience leading technical teams or work packages and communicating to senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead requirements development, decomposition, and traceability in Cameo.
• Develop and maintain system architectures using SysML and MBSE.
• Integrate requirements, behaviors, and interfaces into a cohesive model.
• Coordinate architecture and requirements updates with multi-disciplinary teams and cross-discipline impacts.
• Generate MBSE views and reports for technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Provide MBSE guidance, mentoring, and training to engineers.
