Qualifications
- Senior-level systems engineering experience required across ISO/IEC 15288 domains.
- Proven ability to document system structure, behavior, and dependencies using MBSE artifacts.
- Experience applying Agile/SAFe in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME in ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and recommend improved workflows and operating practices.
- Facilitate workshops and collaboration across organizational levels.
- Support teams in maturing Agile and SAFe practices.
- Develop process maps, dashboards, and artifacts.
- Use JIRA and Confluence for workflow management and reporting.
- Brief stakeholders on performance and risk.
