Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer (MBSE) to lead DoD intelligence, EW, and cyber programs in our Aberdeen facility. You will drive MBSE with SysML, produce DoDAF artifacts, and ensure MOSA/SOSA compliance across complex architectures.

The role requires 10+ years of DoD systems experience, an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience with complex DoD systems.
• Proven experience leading MBSE initiatives using tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or similar SysML platforms.
• Proven experience developing DoDAF products (OV, SV, TV) for ACAT programs or major system acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of MOSA, SOSA, and CMOSS open architecture standards.
• Experience with C5ISR, SIGINT, EW, or intelligence systems architecture and integration.
• Knowledge of IEEE 15288, EIA 632, or DoD SE guidelines.
• Experience with requirements management and traceability using tools like DOORS, Jama, or equivalent.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills; ability to brief senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE methodology implementation using SysML and digital engineering tools.
• Develop and maintain DoDAF viewpoints to support capability analysis and system integration.
• Establish MOSA, SOSA, and CMOSS compliance across architectures for interoperability.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps identifying technology gaps and modernization opportunities.
• Perform requirements analysis, architecture trade studies, and capability mapping.
• Lead technical baseline reviews and architecture governance activities.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, software, AI/ML, and test & evaluation teams.
• Develop system architecture documents, ICDs, and engineering artifacts.
• Mentor junior systems engineers and guide integrated product teams.
