Job summary

CACI International seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer (MBSE) to lead model-based systems engineering efforts for DoD intelligence, EW, and cyber systems. You will drive MBSE initiatives, develop DoDAF artifacts, and ensure MOSA/SOSA/CMOSS compliance across architectures while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes DoDAF viewpoints, architecture governance, and integration with cybersecurity, AI/ML, and test disciplines, offering impactful system-of-systems leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (required).
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience with complex DoD systems.
• Proven MBSE leadership using SysML and digital engineering tools.
• Experience developing DoDAF products (OV/SV/TV) for ACAT programs.
• Strong MOSA, SOSA, and CMOSS open-architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE methodology implementation using SysML and digital engineering tools.
• Develop and maintain DoDAF OV/SV/TV viewpoints for capability analysis and system integration.
• Establish MOSA, SOSA, and CMOSS compliance across hardware and software architectures.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps identifying technology gaps and P3I opportunities.
• Perform requirements analysis, architecture trade studies, and capability mapping.
• Lead technical baseline reviews and architecture governance activities.
• Support SIGINT/EW modernization and open architectures.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, software, AI/ML, and test teams.
• Develop system architecture documents and ICDs.
• Mentor junior systems engineers and provide technical guidance.
